Commerce Media Suite

Commerce Media Suite merchant self-serve ad platform

Let the merchants on your platform list and launch ads themselves

Your traffic already has value. It just hasn't become revenue yet.

A merchant self-serve advertising system built for retailers and ecommerce platforms. Merchants don't need advertising expertise, and they don't need access to any media platform. They top up and list ads themselves. Product data comes in; creatives and copy are produced automatically.

No annual license fee. After the one-time build, we take a share of the platform’s actual ad spend—if your ad revenue does not grow, we have no revenue either.

The bottleneck in platform monetization isn't traffic

  1. Merchants want exposure, but they don’t have advertising capability.

Most merchants on the platform have no dedicated marketing staff, can’t operate a media console, and can’t produce creatives or copy. Even if you open inventory, they still can’t launch.

  2. Manual ops can’t scale.

If the platform team opens orders, makes creatives, lists ads, and reconciles for merchants, ten accounts is workable; a hundred collapses. Ad revenue is then locked by a people ceiling.

  3. Access rights are a wall you can’t walk around.

Letting merchants touch the media console is impossible; not letting them means you do it for them. That bind is why most platforms stop at “we talked about it but never built it.”

We believe the key to platform monetization isn’t how much traffic you have. It’s whether merchants can launch ads themselves. So we tie our revenue to your ad spend, not to a license contract.

From the data you already have, grow a merchant self-serve system

  1. 1

Connect the product data you already have

Google Merchant Center is supported, or a direct connection to the platform’s own product and service database. The data is already there; merchants don’t need to re-upload creatives.

  2. 2

    Creatives and copy produced automatically

Built-in Creative Builder produces images and video; AdCopy Engine produces ad copy. Merchants without design or copy skills still get ads they can launch.

  3. 3

Merchants top up and list ads themselves

Merchants complete top-up, create ads, and submit in your platform UI. They never touch a media console and need no media-platform access.

  4. 4

Central management on the platform side

The admin console tracks top-ups, accounts, and delivery status; cross-media results are presented in one place, without manual merging.

  5. 5

    Media modules expand as needed

Google Ads is included as standard.

Facebook, DV360, Google Ad Manager, and other platforms expand one by one based on merchant demand—if you only want to run Google first, you only pay for the Google part.

Modules

ModuleDetails
Merchant frontendMerchants self-serve top-up, create always-on and promo ads, and view results
Admin consoleTop-up request management, account management, merchant and permission management
Data-source integrationGMC product feed sync, or connect the platform’s own product/service database
Creative productionTemplate-driven bulk generation of images and video
Copy productionGenerate ad copy from products and keywords
Media integrationGoogle included as standard; Facebook, DV360, Google Ad Manager, and others as modules
Performance reportsCross-media results presented in one place
Payment integration is not in the standard build; the platform connects its existing payment mechanism.

A good fit

  • The platform has a meaningful number of merchants, and those merchants need exposure
  • Product data already exists (GMC or own database)
  • You want to turn existing traffic into ad revenue without expanding ops headcount
  • You want merchants to operate themselves, not have the platform team serve each one

Not a fit

  • A single-brand seller with no third-party merchant ecosystem
  • Too few merchants for ad revenue to support a system build
  • What you need is managed ad-ops service
  • No usable structured product data yet

Build once, then move in the same direction as your ad revenue

Custom discovery and developmentBilled by time
  1. The operating fee is calculated on actual ad spend, not on merchant top-up amounts. Unused balances after top-up are not billed. If the platform has no ad spend that month, there is no fee.
  2. We do not charge an annual license fee or seat fee.
  3. These are current prices, reviewed annually. After contract, the signed price is locked until the term ends; if list prices drop during the term, the lower price applies.

FAQ

Do merchants need to know how to run ads?

No. Merchants complete top-up and create ads in the platform UI. Creatives and copy are produced automatically from product data. Merchants never touch a media console and need no media-platform access.

Why a share of spend, not a monthly fee or license?

Because this system’s value only holds when your ad revenue actually grows. A share means we are on the same side—if no merchant is willing to launch after go-live, we have no revenue either. That gives us a reason to keep making it work, instead of closing the project at handover.

How is pricing calculated?

System setup is NT$600,000 (including Google media integration). Each additional ad platform is NT$300,000. Both are one-time fees. After go-live, 5% of the platform’s monthly ad spend is charged as the operating fee, covering system maintenance, media API change maintenance, hosting operations, and operating support. No annual license fee or seat fee.

Is the 5% calculated on top-up amount or on spend?

On actual ad spend. Unused balances after merchant top-up are not included in the billing base.

Which ad platforms are supported?

Google is included in the standard build. Facebook, DV360, Google Ad Manager, and other platforms are optional modules at NT$300,000 per platform. They can be added in stages based on actual merchant demand.

Does this include payment integration?

No. The system provides merchant top-up requests and management. Actual payments are handled by the platform’s existing mechanism. Extra payment-integration development can be scoped separately if needed.

Is there a cap on ad accounts?

No cap. The number of merchant ad accounts on the platform is not limited, and there is no extra fee by account count.

Under whose name does the platform operate?

Under your brand. The system is built for your platform. Merchants see your platform, not ours.
